Display Home, Miami 290, Cuttersfield

This home being the top of the range – our Deluxe Series had to have a number of commanding points. The entry statement with the pivot door and use of glass and high ceiling, gives you the feeling of space and light. The facades to the front i.e. rainhood above garage and windows, parafets above garage and front bedrooms, the use of the inside floor tile as an outside feature definitely gives the home a unique street statement.

The main bedroom being separate to the rest, the study tucked away in the entry, and the separate living areas was a real crowd pleaser. The use of colours for air flow and corner glass for that inside/outside feeling really worked well. It helped to join the pool with the house visually.

Finally the kitchen to dining stacker doors on the patio has a good flow about it. We really tried to put all our products into this house. Not in our own pool and joinery.

It was no surprise when the Gemini Homes display home at Argos Street in Cuttersfield won the HIA Mackay Display Home of the Year.

The home was an opportunity to showcase everything we do, the result is one of the most popular display homes we have ever produced.
