Custom Built Home $600 000 - $800 000, Settlers Rise

The Settlers Rise home that won Gemini Homes a 2009 HIA award was a challenge from the start.

Winning Custom Built Home ($600,000 to $800,000), the home makes the best use of the available site. The clients came to us with their ideas and basic layout of the house. Our design team, as well as the owner, worked well to put their ideas, colours, and fittings together.

It was a difficult site, being highly reactive soil, and to fit the house, one of our pools, and site irrigation for waste did not leave much room.

The quality of work and fittings chosen complement the owners’ design and layout for the home.
