Gemini Homes is a leading Mackay builder, having traded since 1994 when Graham and Debbie Stritzke founded the company. Graham is trade qualified with more than 30 years experience in the industry as a carpenter and builder and has built the business on a reputation for quality. Gemini Homes is a multi-award winning company in both the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and Queensland Master Builders (QMBA) awards.
Gemini Homes also is a leader in the industry for training, continually employing apprentice tradespeople to ensure quality training for the future of the industry. A Gemini Homes apprentice won Apprentice/Trainee of the Year in 2003. Tradespeople ensure high standards are maintained on-site while a highly experienced team in the selection centre help the client’s dream come to life – from start to finish.
The selection centre, at 5 Milton Street, Mackay, takes the new home builder through a complete process, beginning with location. Gemini Homes has a range of house and land packages available in some of Mackay’s best residential estates. The sales team also can assist with finding land in a preferred area. Clients can choose from a wide range of proven home designs, which have been put together specifically for Gemini Homes. Plans can be modified or a new home can be built from a client’s own plans. The selection centre also displays the standard inclusions, such as vanities, tapware, handles, and benchtops, etc.
In 2008, Gemini Homes is opening three display homes in the Cuttersfield estate to display the three levels of standard inclusion – entry level, lifestyle, and deluxe. The main display home, at 8 Argos Street, features the deluxe level of inclusions to match the prestige “Miami” design. The second home, also in Argos Street, features the lifestyle level of inclusions in a slightly smaller home. A third display home, based on entry level inclusions, is due to open soon.
